Here’s how to make EASY DIY Christmas Table Decorations using stuff you probably already have. With simple video ideas & tons of photos!
Easy DIY Christmas Table Decorations
It’s the most wonderful time of the year again, guys! And, I’m so excited. We love Christmas in our house, like most people, I guess.
As soon as Halloween is over, I am so ready to put the Christmas tunes on and break out the decorations. In fact, I made these quick, cheap, and easy DIY Christmas Table Decorations with stuff I already had.
If you love crafting and have a bunch of Christmas ornaments and decorations in boxes, I bet you probably already have everything you need to make your own simple Christmas decorations too.
And, I made a quick video with some things I had around the house to show you how easy it is!
How To Make Simple Christmas Table Decorations
Start with Somewhere to “Set the Scene”
Like a big glass vase, decorative bowl, glass cookie or candy dish, wooden bowls, small shallow trays, or dough bowls would be cute.
Really just look around all of your shelves and storage areas for something that might work.
Add a Christmas-y Base
Start with a snowy base with whatever you have available. Like iridescent fake snow, tiny foam balls, polyfill stuffing, or even some white, fluffy fabric.
Then Make your Own Christmas Scene
Use a that mini Christmas train most people have, a few ornaments from your favorite Christmas movie, or your kids favorite Disney ornaments to design a little Christmas scene.
Maybe use some cute little gnomes with little snow covered mountains or mini Nutcrackers too.
Or grab some retro Red Truck Christmas decor and miniature Christmas figurines to build a nostalgic Christmas scene.
Little woodland creatures would be super cute too. You can really go 1,000 different ways with these DIY Christmas table decorations.
Add those popular bottle brush trees, mini Christmas houses, or pine cones.
A little light from LED tea lights and mini wired LED strings will add warmth and fun to any scene.
I highly recommend checking the Target dollar spot for fun and super cheap Christmas decor. I found those little wooden houses for $3 there, this week.
That’s it! You’ve designed your own easy and cheap Christmas decorations with things you already had.
